About Karen Moore

I’m originally from Liverpool and whilst I’ve kept the accent, I’ve called Midlothian home for more than 25 years. I work with multiple charities, social enterprises and other types of organisations in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England to help them best serve and impact their teams, their direct stakeholders/clients and their wider communities. I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide variety of roles in hospitality and retail, and now bring over 30 years of leadership experience from the charity sector. I specialise in Interim CEO contracts, leadership and career coaching and mentoring, management and strategic consultancy, as well as organisational development.
