Having experienced the challenge of discrimination, bullying, low esteem, and poor confidence first-hand, I’m determined to assist female business owners, managers & leaders to be empowered, strong and to make it to where they want to be.

Just 20% of Scottish SMEs are majority owned by women. Less than 40% of women are on Boards and 52 FTSE 350 companies had no woman at all at executive level. Business is tough for anyone but women face a number of gender-specific barriers, which is why I want to coach and mentor women.

On my Organisation’s Board I have achieved over 50% of the Directors being women. My leadership team is also led by four women. I am committed to working with women, so they can achieve success.

I am also now registered as a recommended Coach & Mentor with the Scottish Chamber of Commerce.
